    [i=s] 本帖最后由 zhou1268 于 2021-8-13 13:31 编辑 [/i] 1.HK32F030MF4P4只支持8位和16位写入,32位读出。为了判断第一次上电再加密, 在程序里初始化一个const值 0xFFFF, 上电后代码再对该值地址不擦除直接写入半字 0x0002, 再读出来这个值成了 0x0DCA。但HK32F030C8是可以的,初始化0xFFFF 再取址写入数据多少读出来就是多少。 请问有没有人知道是什么原因? 2. HK32F030MF4P4用户手册里 “2.4.4.3 Flash 擦除注意:HK32F030M 系列芯片擦除后为随机值”。这句是什么意思?擦除后不应该全是0xFF字节吗?推测这个HK32F030M系列的FLASH 擦除后的电平是处于高电平和低电平的中间区。
